All of our products are custom-made and personalised, which means each item is created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds unless there is a genuine fault or issue with the product.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We’re more than happy to help resolve any issues.
